Hailing from Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and later the NSW Snowy Mountains, I am a freelance journalist, feature, content and creative writer.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and a Master of Journalism and Communication from the University of New South Wales. I am also the Co-founder of the sustainable activewear brand, shyAktive.

Outside of writing, I pursue a healthy and active lifestyle. I am passionate about sports, sustainability, spending time outdoors and eating well.
